Accessibility

Last tested 30 July 2026

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, or need larger text or reduced motion.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA. Accessibility is treated as part of the build, not an afterthought. We have not commissioned a formal independent audit, so we do not claim full conformance, but we have designed and tested against the AA criteria and we fix issues as we find them.

What we have done

Known limitations

The illustrative action plan contains wide tables that scroll sideways within their panel on very narrow screens. The downloadable sample plan is a PDF; if you would prefer its content in another format, email us and we will send it. If you find anything else that does not work for you, please tell us.

Tell us about a problem

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, email contact@bridgelayeradvisory.com with a description of the problem and the page it happened on. We will respond promptly and do our best to help, including providing the information you need in another format.

Enforcement

If you are not happy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service, which advises on accessibility rights in the United Kingdom.
